Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Wilderness by Lee Hock Moh was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,800.25) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lee Hock Moh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nature’S Melody; Everlasting Bliss; Flora And Fauna; Peace And Harmony in November 2015 with an auction result of HKD 350,000.00 (€ 42,747.59).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Wilderness von Lee Hock Moh kam im Mai 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.800,25) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lee Hock Moh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nature’S Melody; Everlasting Bliss; Flora And Fauna; Peace And Harmony im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 350.000,00 (€ 42.747,59).
