It achieved a price of GBP 2,550.00 (€ 3,023.31), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 70%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Leslie Hurry - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dead Of Night, which sold at auction in November 2012 for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 10,009.18).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.550,00 (€ 3.023,31) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 70%. Für andere Arbeiten von Leslie Hurry mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dead Of Night beobachtet, die im November 2012 für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 10.009,18) versteigert wurde.
