Auction result well in line with expectations
In May this year POLY in Poly Auction App held the auction The Lasting Spring, Fine Modern Chinese Paintings, which included the work Hawks by Li Fuyuan. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 10,000 - 30,000, the actual price achieved of HKD 12,000 (€ 1,425) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Fuyuan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 225,000 (€ 19,553).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte POLY in Poly Auction App die Auktion The Lasting Spring, Fine Modern Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Hawks von Li Fuyuan zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 10.000 – 30.000 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 12.000 (€ 1.425) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Fuyuan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 225.000 (€ 19.553).
