In October 2013 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Art Important Sale, which included the work Spirit Of Mountains by Li Xiaoke. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 1,725,000.00 (€ 163,693.54), 73% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Li Xiaoke; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Homeland sold at auction in October 2015 with the realized price of HKD 2,360,000.00 (€ 275,710.92).

Im Oktober 2013 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Art Important Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spirit Of Mountains von Li Xiaoke zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 1.725.000,00 (€ 163.693,54) und damit 73% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Li Xiaoke; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Homeland im Oktober 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 2.360.000,00 (€ 275.710,92).
