Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Returning Late by Luo Zhongli was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2017. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 260,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 275,000.00 (€ 29,607.92). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luo Zhongli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spring Silkworms in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 49,400,000.00 (€ 4,683,668.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Returning Late von Luo Zhongli kam im November 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 260.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 275.000,00 (€ 29.607,92) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luo Zhongli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spring Silkworms im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 49.400.000,00 (€ 4.683.668,97).
