Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of GBP 138,600.00 (€ 161,467.47), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lynn Chadwick achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jubilee IV in November this year with an auction result of USD 3,317,000.00 (€ 3,040,887.42).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 138.600,00 (€ 161.467,47) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lynn Chadwick erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jubilee IV im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.317.000,00 (€ 3.040.887,42).
