Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Châteaux de Lissieux (Rhône) by Maurice Utrillo was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May last year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 17,640.00 (€ 20,751.78) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maurice Utrillo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Paravent De Maurice Utrillo, 1939 in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 835,540.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Châteaux de Lissieux (Rhône) von Maurice Utrillo kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 17.640,00 (€ 20.751,78) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maurice Utrillo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Paravent De Maurice Utrillo, 1939 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 835.540,00.
