Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La Belle Gabrielle, rue Saint-Vincent, Montmartre by Maurice Utrillo was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2019. The price achieved of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 56,207.42) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maurice Utrillo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Paravent De Maurice Utrillo, 1939 in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 835,540.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La Belle Gabrielle, rue Saint-Vincent, Montmartre von Maurice Utrillo kam im Juni 2019 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 56.207,42) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maurice Utrillo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Paravent De Maurice Utrillo, 1939 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 835.540,00.
