In the Impressionist & Modern Art auction, the work Le chemin du moulin à eau, Saint-Jean-du-Doigt, Finistère sold for GBP 35,580.00 (€ 40,549.60) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Maxime Maufra have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Vent in November 2011 with an auction result of USD 266,500.00 (€ 198,097.08).

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maxime Maufra auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Vent im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 266.500,00 (€ 198.097,08).
