Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Les Bords du Boulon en hiver, le Gué-du-Loir, Loir-et-Cher by Maxime Maufra was auctioned at Christies in Paris in April this year. The price achieved of EUR 22,680.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Maxime Maufra have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Vent in November 2011 with an auction result of USD 266,500.00 (€ 198,097.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Les Bords du Boulon en hiver, le Gué-du-Loir, Loir-et-Cher von Maxime Maufra kam im April diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 22.680,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 18.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maxime Maufra auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Vent im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 266.500,00 (€ 198.097,08).
