Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Maximilien Luce could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in December last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work "Le viaduc d'Auteuil (Le Pont)" changed hands for SEK 2,700,000.00 (€ 242,035.89) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 3,000,000.00 – 4,000,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maximilien Luce achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Baigneuses à Saint-Tropez in May last year with an auction result of USD 4,527,000.00 (€ 4,218,618.95).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Maximilien Luce konnte im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wechselte die Arbeit "Le viaduc d'Auteuil (Le Pont)" für SEK 2.700.000,00 (€ 242.035,89) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 3.000.000,00 – 4.000.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maximilien Luce erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Baigneuses à Saint-Tropez im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.527.000,00 (€ 4.218.618,95).
