Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre by Michel Haas was auctioned at Christies in Paris in March 2007. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,440.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michel Haas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Violoncelle, which sold at auction in December 2006 for EUR 3,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre von Michel Haas kam im März 2007 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.440,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Michel Haas mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Violoncelle beobachtet, die im Dezember 2006 für EUR 3.600,00 versteigert wurde.
