Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Elevator girl house 3F by Miwa Yanagi was auctioned at Phillips in London in April 2008. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,374.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Miwa Yanagi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Elevator Girl House B3, which sold at auction in December 2008 for HKD 200,000.00 (€ 18,535.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Elevator girl house 3F von Miwa Yanagi kam im April 2008 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 6.374,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Miwa Yanagi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Elevator Girl House B3 beobachtet, die im Dezember 2008 für HKD 200.000,00 (€ 18.535,81) versteigert wurde.
