Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Fleurs by Moïse Kisling. It changed hands for a price of USD 69,300.00 (€ 58,490.88) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Moïse Kisling have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Course de taureaux in June this year with an auction result of GBP 472,500.00 (€ 549,908.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fleurs von Moïse Kisling zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 69.300,00 (€ 58.490,88) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Moïse Kisling auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Course de taureaux im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 472.500,00 (€ 549.908,65).
