Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Le Reve De La Banane Du Bush / Bush Banana Dreaming, 1999 by Napangardi Eunice was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in December 2010. The price achieved of EUR 1,658.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Napangardi Eunice achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bush Banana Dreaming, 2000 in July 2008 with an auction result of EUR 43,372.00.
