Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2021 Sothebys in Paris held the auction La Mystique de l'Indochine: Paris, which included the work Two Landscapes By The Sea by Nguyen Anh. It changed hands for a price of EUR 756.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Nguyen Anh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work L'Hommage (Worship) in December last year with an auction result of HKD 44,100.00 (€ 5,284.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2021 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion La Mystique de l'Indochine: Paris durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two Landscapes By The Sea von Nguyen Anh zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 756,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nguyen Anh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit L'Hommage (Worship) im Dezember letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 44.100,00 (€ 5.284,74).
