A top price for Nguyen Anh - as previously expected
In December last year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction No Regrets: 20th/21st Century Art Online, which included the work L'Hommage (Worship) by Nguyen Anh. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 44,100.00 (€ 5,284.74) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, L'Hommage (Worship) is the most expensive artwork by Nguyen Anh that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion No Regrets: 20th/21st Century Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit L'Hommage (Worship) von Nguyen Anh zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 44.100,00 (€ 5.284,74) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist L'Hommage (Worship) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Nguyen Anh, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
