Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Nguyen Huyen achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Paris in June this year. In the Vietnamese Art Online auction, the work Vue des rues au Vietnam sold for EUR 14,080.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Nguyen Huyen; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Nue De Mademoiselle Haï Duong (Miss Haï Duong 'S Nude) sold at auction in April 2018 with the realized price of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 15,827.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nguyen Huyen erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Vietnamese Art Online wurde die Arbeit Vue des rues au Vietnam für EUR 14.080,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Nguyen Huyen; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Nue De Mademoiselle Haï Duong (Miss Haï Duong 'S Nude) im April 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 15.827,40).
