In the THE HOUSE SALE auction, the work La Plage À Trouville sold for USD 9,600.00 (€ 8,142.49) - well above the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul Mathey have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Connoisseur, possibly Erastène Ramiro (1853-1928) in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 47,750.00 (€ 56,093.95).
