Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2024 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Per Kirkeby for DKK 3,400.00 (€ 2,971.51). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Per Kirkeby achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in June 2019 with an auction result of GBP 431,250.00 (€ 484,788.96).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2024 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Per Kirkeby für DKK 3.400,00 (€ 2.971,51) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Per Kirkeby erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 431.250,00 (€ 484.788,96).
