In June 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Christy Turlington, Los Angeles, Alberto Aspesi, 1991 by Peter Lindbergh for EUR 10,625.00. This price was achieved in the auction Icons of Glamour & Style : The Constantiner Collection at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 12,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Peter Lindbergh achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Christy Turlington, Los Angeles, American Vogue, 1988 in May 2017 with an auction result of GBP 185,000.00 (€ 212,479.98).
