A top price for Peter Ngugi
In June 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction African Contemporary Art, which included the work The Who Is Who, 2020 by Peter Ngugi. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 16,900.00 41% above the upper estimate. With this result, The Who Is Who, 2020 is even the most expensive work of art by Peter Ngugi that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juni 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion African Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Who Is Who, 2020 von Peter Ngugi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 16.900,00 und damit 41% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist The Who Is Who, 2020 sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Peter Ngugi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
