Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Chute Des Corps, 1937 by Pierre Boucher for EUR 1,875.00. This price was achieved in the auction Magnificent Nudes: Iconic Photographs from Distinguished Private Collections at Sothebys in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pierre Boucher - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nu à Tellouet Télouet, Maroc, 1936, which sold at auction in March 2011 for EUR 4,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Chute Des Corps, 1937 von Pierre Boucher für EUR 1.875,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Magnificent Nudes: Iconic Photographs from Distinguished Private Collections bei Sothebys in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Pierre Boucher mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Nu à Tellouet Télouet, Maroc, 1936 beobachtet, die im März 2011 für EUR 4.750,00 versteigert wurde.
