Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Pratuang Emjaroen achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. In the 20th and 21st Century Art Morning Session auction, the work without title sold for HKD 437,500.00 (€ 46,247.13) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 180,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pratuang Emjaroen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Symphony of the Universe in November this year with an auction result of HKD 6,048,000.00 (€ 709,702.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pratuang Emjaroen erzielte im Mai 2021 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th and 21st Century Art Morning Session wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für HKD 437.500,00 (€ 46.247,13) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 180.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pratuang Emjaroen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Symphony of the Universe im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.048.000,00 (€ 709.702,97).
