Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2002 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20TH CENTURY CHINESE ART, which included the work Still Life by Qiu Ti. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 215,100.00 (€ 27,907.92). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qiu Ti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work West Lake in Autumn in November 2012 with an auction result of HKD 5,300,000.00 (€ 525,518.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2002 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20TH CENTURY CHINESE ART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life von Qiu Ti zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 215.100,00 (€ 27.907,92) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qiu Ti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit West Lake in Autumn im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.300.000,00 (€ 525.518,83).
