Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bouquet d'anémones (recto); Autoportrait (verso) by Raoul Dufy was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art Online auction at Bonhams in December last year. The price achieved of USD 1,785.00 (€ 1,668.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raoul Dufy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Regattes À Trouville in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,505,000.00 (€ 2,075,171.47).

Die Arbeit Bouquet d'anémones (recto); Autoportrait (verso) von Raoul Dufy wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Online bei Bonhams versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.785,00 (€ 1.668,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raoul Dufy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Regattes À Trouville im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.505.000,00 (€ 2.075.171,47).
