Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Street Art, which included the work Sans Titre, 2006 by RCF1. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,168.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,800.00 – 2,200.00. Admittedly, works by RCF1 have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 12,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Street Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre, 2006 von RCF1 zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.168,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.800,00 – 2.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von RCF1 auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.000,00.
