Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Momento Estemporaneo by Renato Birolli was auctioned at Christies in Milan in April 2019. The price achieved of EUR 46,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Renato Birolli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Incendio alle Cinque Terre in October 2005 with an auction result of GBP 131,200.00 (€ 193,480.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Momento Estemporaneo von Renato Birolli kam im April 2019 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 46.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Renato Birolli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Incendio alle Cinque Terre im Oktober 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 131.200,00 (€ 193.480,35).
