Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Fruit Foam by Roberto Juárez for USD 6,875.00 (€ 6,239.22). This price was achieved in the auction Latin American Art Online at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roberto Juárez - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Three Mushrooms, which sold at auction in May 2006 for USD 19,200.00 (€ 14,961.43).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Fruit Foam von Roberto Juárez für USD 6.875,00 (€ 6.239,22) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Latin American Art Online bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Roberto Juárez mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Three Mushrooms beobachtet, die im Mai 2006 für USD 19.200,00 (€ 14.961,43) versteigert wurde.
