Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Egyptianuntitled (Reclining Nude) by Salah Yousri was auctioned at Sothebys in London in April 2018. The price achieved of GBP 5,250.00 (€ 5,979.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Salah Yousri have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March last year the work Le Temps des Labours (The Time of the Labourers) was auctioned for GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,204.04).
