Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Drawing room by Susan Ryder was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2008. The price achieved of GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,593.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Susan Ryder have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Cupid Lamp in August 2007 with an auction result of GBP 4,560.00 (€ 6,740.88).

Die Arbeit The Drawing room von Susan Ryder kam im Oktober 2008 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.593,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Susan Ryder auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Cupid Lamp im August 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.560,00 (€ 6.740,88).
