Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Saint Simon; Saint Francis of Assisi by Taddeo di Bartolo was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in January last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 400,000 - 600,000, the actual price achieved of USD 441,000 (€ 363,412) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
