A top price for Tamagawa Shucho
In March last year Bonhams in New York held the auction Japanese and Korean Art, which included the work Edo period (1615-1868), circa 1798-1804 by Tamagawa Shucho. The »bidding war« ended at USD 11,475.00 (€ 10,344.36), 43% above the upper estimate. With this result, Edo period (1615-1868), circa 1798-1804 is even the most expensive work of art by Tamagawa Shucho that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Tamagawa Shucho
Im März letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion Japanese and Korean Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Edo period (1615-1868), circa 1798-1804 von Tamagawa Shucho zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 11.475,00 (€ 10.344,36) und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Edo period (1615-1868), circa 1798-1804 sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Tamagawa Shucho, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
