Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Corset - 1999/2000 by Thomas Fougeirol was auctioned at Artcurial in December this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,624.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Thomas Fougeirol - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans titre, which sold at auction in December 2020 for EUR 8,125.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Corset - 1999/2000 von Thomas Fougeirol kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.624,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Thomas Fougeirol mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans titre beobachtet, die im Dezember 2020 für EUR 8.125,00 versteigert wurde.
