This artwork by Victor Servranckx achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in May 2010. In the Impressionist and Modern Art auction, the work Peinture 58: Opus 58 sold for EUR 51,400.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 22,000.00. Admittedly, works by Victor Servranckx have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work opus 9 - 1927 in December 2017 with an auction result of EUR 272,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Victor Servranckx erzielte im Mai 2010 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Peinture 58: Opus 58 für EUR 51.400,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 22.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Victor Servranckx auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit opus 9 - 1927 im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 272.800,00.
