The result of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,363.98) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zdzislaw Ruszkowski have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape from Ireland in March 2004 with an auction result of GBP 7,767.50 (€ 11,627.24).

Die Arbeit Landscape von Zdzislaw Ruszkowski wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.363,98) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zdzislaw Ruszkowski auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape from Ireland im März 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.767,50 (€ 11.627,24).
