Karina Syndicus, Der größte anzunehmende Schmerz ausgelöst durch Durst um 3 Uhr morgens (The greatest pain you can imagine, triggered by thirst at 3 in the morning), 2025, Bronze sculpture, 27 cm (presented in the Gallery Section)
The historic X-POST building, a former parcel center, offers an exciting backdrop for discovering contemporary works of art: the organizers of the Discovery Art Fair Cologne will present remarkable positions and a variety of artistic forms of expression. The Discovery Art Fair has always been characterized by its great diversity. Visitors can expect to see the latest works from all over the world in the media of painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, mixed media, installation, urban art and video art. The equal coexistence of galleries, project spaces and artists under one roof contributes to the lively and communicative atmosphere for which the fair is known. This year, the Discovery Art Fair Cologne will take place from April 3 to 6.
The art fair attaches great importance to the exchange between artists, collectors, curators, patrons and art lovers, which sets it apart from other fairs in terms of atmosphere. In addition to the art on display, the organizers offer workshops, coaching for beginning and experienced collectors, and numerous lectures and guided tours. The Discovery Art Fair clearly stands out conceptually from Art Cologne, which always takes place in the fall, and serves as an excellent addition for those who want to experience diverse art or build broad collections.
