Switzerland, Muzeum Susch with special exhibition

MUZEUM SUSCH, which opened in 2019, is one of the most exciting Swiss museums of recent years. From January 3, it will be dedicated to an Estonian artist whose recognition is long overdue: the exhibition Anu Põder: Space for My Body opens.

Hamburg, hit-Technopark with special exhibition series

The Kunst verbindet... (Art connects…) exhibition series at hit-Technopark in Hamburg has been running since 1998. Selected artists show their works in a group exhibition and then in solo exhibitions. The solo show by Tanja Thordsen from our artist program begins in January.

Berlin, Neue Nationalgalerie honors Ulrich Rückriem

Ulrich Rückriem. 40 Floor Reliefs: this work by the minimalist sculptor is closely associated with the Neue Nationalgalerie in Berlin. It was designed especially for the museum in 1998 and given to it by the artist. A new installation will now be on display from December 21 to mark the artist's 85th birthday.

One of four paintings by the famous Caravaggio in the Museo del Prado can now be seen again after restoration. New details came to light during the work.

Toledo, Centro Cultural San Clemente: »The Seasons of Art«

From December 19, two renowned artists will be on show in an exhibition in Toledo near Madrid: The Seasons of Art brings together works by Daniel Garbade and Moisès Gil. The show is organized by the Centro Cultural San Clemente, which plans exhibitions on a quarterly basis.

Art Institute of Chicago shows virtuoso contemporary ceramic art

Innovative and technically outstanding: Japanese female ceramic artists have been producing remarkable objects since the 1970s in particular. The Art Institute of Chicago is dedicating the exhibition Radical Clay: Contemporary Women Artists from Japan to their work from December 16.

Hamburger Kunsthalle with major Friedrich anniversary show

With the new exhibition CASPAR DAVID FRIEDRICH: Art for a New Age, the Hamburger Kunsthalle is planning something big: it is the most comprehensive exhibition of the painter's work for some time. Numerous rare loans will be on display in Hamburg from December 15.
