Rare Clay Models by a Famous Sculptor

Georg Baselitz is entering the collections of the Albertina in Vienna and the Morgan Library in New York with a donation of 100 works on paper - not sketches, but autonomous drawings. The significance of this medium for the oeuvre of the contemporary painter, sculptor, and graphic artist will be revealed by the Viennese museum from June 7 in Georg Baselitz. 100 Drawings.
A New Art Historical View of Ukrainian Modernism
Conventions are there to be constantly re-examined. With its series Here and Now at Museum Ludwig, the Cologne exhibition house is pursuing this leitmotif and reflecting on the way Ukrainian Modernism has been dealt with up to now, which has so far been readily subsumed under the collective term of the »Russian avant-garde«.
