Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Aaron Kramer achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Los Angeles in May last year. In the The Art of _Supporting The Laurel Foundation auction, the work Parrot, 2016 sold for USD 446.25 (€ 415.85) - well above the upper estimate of USD 200.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Aaron Kramer; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Chicken, 2019 sold at auction in May last year with the realized price of USD 484.50 (€ 451.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Aaron Kramer erzielte im Mai letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Art of _Supporting The Laurel Foundation wurde die Arbeit Parrot, 2016 für USD 446,25 (€ 415,85) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 200,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Aaron Kramer; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Chicken, 2019 im Mai letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 484,50 (€ 451,50).
