The work Einsichten by Albert Oehlen was auctioned at Bonhams in London in October this year. It achieved a price of GBP 53,740.00 (€ 61,708.45), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert Oehlen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Stier mit loch (Bull with hole) in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 3,608,750.00 (€ 4,069,556.68).

Die Arbeit Einsichten von Albert Oehlen kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 53.740,00 (€ 61.708,45) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Albert Oehlen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Stier mit loch (Bull with hole) im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.608.750,00 (€ 4.069.556,68).
