The work Autoportrait by Alberto Giacometti was worth EUR 162,500.00 to a buyer in June 2020. This price was achieved in the auction Oeuvres Modernes sur papier at Christies in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alberto Giacometti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'homme au doigt in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 141,285,000.00 (€ 128,511,006.00).

Die Arbeit Autoportrait von Alberto Giacometti war einem Käufer im Juni 2020 EUR 162.500,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Oeuvres Modernes sur papier bei Christies in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alberto Giacometti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'homme au doigt im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 141.285.000,00 (€ 128.511.006,00).
