This artwork by Alighiero Boetti achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in May this year. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Untitled (Ordine e disordine) sold for EUR 28,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alighiero Boetti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tutto in November last year with an auction result of USD 6,060,000.00 (€ 5,870,386.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 87 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alighiero Boetti erzielte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Untitled (Ordine e disordine) für EUR 28.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alighiero Boetti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tutto im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.060.000,00 (€ 5.870.386,52).
