Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cactea Rovesciata by Arturo Carmassi was auctioned at Christies in Milan in May 2006. The price achieved of EUR 7,440.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arturo Carmassi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Omaggio a Harunobu, which sold at auction in November 2021 for EUR 18,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cactea Rovesciata von Arturo Carmassi kam im Mai 2006 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 7.440,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Arturo Carmassi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Omaggio a Harunobu beobachtet, die im November 2021 für EUR 18.000,00 versteigert wurde.
