Upper estimate price exceeded by 26 %.
The work "Magic Hand" Exhibition Carpet by Ayako Rokkaku was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in September 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 88,200.00 (€ 9,782.22), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ayako Rokkaku achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Little Girl with Animals in April this year with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 2,695,956.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Magic Hand" Exhibition Carpet von Ayako Rokkaku kam im September 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 88.200,00 (€ 9.782,22) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ayako Rokkaku erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Little Girl with Animals im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 2.695.956,52).
