Upper estimate price exceeded by 61 %.
This work without title by Ayako Rokkaku was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 403,200.00 (€ 43,168.88), 61% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ayako Rokkaku achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Little Girl with Animals in April this year with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 2,695,956.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 61 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ayako Rokkaku wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 403.200,00 (€ 43.168,88) und damit 61% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ayako Rokkaku erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Little Girl with Animals im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 2.695.956,52).
