Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fragrance by Chang Fee Ming was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 350,000.00 – 450,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 375,000.00 (€ 35,465.54) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Chang Fee Ming have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2013 the work Gathering Of Graces In Front Of Mount Agung was auctioned for HKD 375,000.00 (€ 36,708.31).

Die Arbeit Fragrance von Chang Fee Ming wurde im Mai 2014 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 350.000,00 – 450.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 35.465,54) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
