In October 2012 Phillips in New York held the auction Moss, which included the work Bavarian Beauty, from the Bavarian Postcards series by Christopher Winter. The »bidding war« ended at USD 18,750.00 (€ 14,469.83), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Christopher Winter have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 27,500.00 (€ 19,389.41) in March 2011 for the work Les Enfants d'Avignon.

Im Oktober 2012 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Moss durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bavarian Beauty, from the Bavarian Postcards series von Christopher Winter zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 14.469,83) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Christopher Winter haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 19.389,41) im März 2011 für die Arbeit Les Enfants d'Avignon beobachtet.
