Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of GBP 12,000.00 (€ 17,929.07), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Colin Davidson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Café Window (Piccadilly), which sold at auction in October 2007 for GBP 31,700.00 (€ 45,523.29).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 12.000,00 (€ 17.929,07) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%.
