Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2016 Christies in London held the auction Photographs, which included the work Kate, for Paris Vogue, September 2005 by David Sims. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 21,204.54). Other works by David Sims have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 38,848.73) in September 2013 for the work Kate Moss, for W, 2006.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2016 führte Christies in London die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Kate, for Paris Vogue, September 2005 von David Sims zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 16.250,00 (€ 21.204,54) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von David Sims haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 38.848,73) im September 2013 für die Arbeit Kate Moss, for W, 2006 beobachtet.
